Obituary

NEW BEDFORD: Eugene Miles, a Korean War Veteran, born in Jefferson County, Alabama on November 11,1929 passed away peacefully on August 1, 2022. He was the Son of Clarence Miles and Ella May Tate.

Eugene is survived by his Daughter Lakia Gross and her children in Florida. Eugene is also survived by five grandchildren in Massachusetts: Denzel, Maxine, Destiny, Gregory and Jonathan.

In retirement Eugene was an avid collector of bicycles and could be seen riding around Boston's Back Bay greeting neighbors and colleagues.
