Mauricio A. Freitas 80, of New Bedford, died on Thursday October 6, 2022. He leaves behind his wife Manuela Freitas. Mauricio was born in Sao Goncalo, Madeira Island.
Mauricio was a loving father to Bruno Freitas and his wife Kristen Freitas of Arlington, VA and Maurilia Albonetty and her husband Victor Albonetty of Taunton, MA. He was a loving grandfather to Grace Freitas and Abigail Freitas of Arlington, VA and Ava Albonetty and Olivia Albonetty of Taunton, MA. Mauricio leaves behind a sister and her family in New Bedford, a brother in-law in Brockton and family in Portugal.
Mauricio enjoyed gardening with his wife and spending time with his family and friends.
