NEW BEDFORD: Raymond A. Doyon, 95, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital after a period of declining health. He was the husband of 69 years to Claire A. (Pepin) Doyon.

He was born in New Bedford to the late Sylvester Doyon and Helen (Belzil) Doyon. He was formerly employed as an Expediter at the former Continental Screw Co., until his retirement. Mr. Doyon enjoyed bike riding and walking with his wife.

He is survived by two sons David D. Doyon, Kurt D. Doyon, two daughters Paula A. Lagesse, Donna A. Brace, a brother Donald Doyon, a sister Bernice Sullivan, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

His cremains were buried on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, at Mass National Cemetery.
